Good morning I have been a customer of RCI Bank Freedom Savings Account for many years now and moved all my savings and income from my private pension to my Freedom Savings Account when I discovered the higher interest rate that they were paying was so much better than other banks. I was using at the time and have never looked back! The staff are excellent and they are always on call to help with any problems or questions I may have.. The main thing that comes to mind is TRUST and I feel that my money is in safe hands so I would never consider changing at all. RCI is an honest and safe bank

I have been a customer for many years and extremely happy with the customer service and the interest rate. My friends and family have also invested changing from the usual high street banks due to their lack of care and service. The best bank for savings in the UK

I have used RCI Bank for several years now and always put money in every month as it offers the best interest rates .My daughter has now opened and account and is also putting any money which is not needed into her account every month too! Your customer service is second to none and any messages that I have sent have been dealt with really efficiently and your members of staff are really good. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026
