A bank to be trusted

They answer incoming calls quickly and efficiently. The agents are pleasant and knowledgeable. RCI are always prompt alerting interest rate changes. They listened to earlier customer feedback and now offer an ISA Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

Great Overall Service

Calls are answered quickly and enquiries are dealt with by friendly, efficient agents. The app is brilliant, hassle free. Easy to transfer money to my other RCI accounts and good timescales moving money externally. Easy to open a new account and link it to my other accounts. Kept updated of changes and not pestered with unnecessary information. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022
