Helpful customer service

I rang to say I didn't like my renewal quote as I'd done price comparisons which were cheaper. Very helpful customer service agent immediately discounted my quote down to the cheapest alternative so I stayed with them. Can't say fairer than that! Reviewed on: 14th September 2022

Consistently good service.

I find RCI easy to deal with, nice uncomplicated website, fair rates of interest, basically a no hassle account which counts for a lot. In these uncertain times being able to access your account without leaving the house takes a lot of strain away from your financial dealings. I would definitely recommend RCI for their customer service and easy to access information. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022
