Brilliant customer service

My circumstances changed which put me behind on some of my bills. Called PB and explained my situation. They listened and understood my problem in which we came to an agreement that suited both parties. I recommend anyone who is having trouble paying back their loan to get in contact because they are really there to help you. Reviewed on: 28th May 2016
