Trustworthy brand

Good website - easy to navigate. Gives same rate of interest to existing and new customers. Quick to amend interest rates when bank base rate changes. Trustworthy brand. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025

New and old customers get the same rates

There is no where today that you can get good rates of interest on instant access accounts but RCI is very quick to respond to changes and treats old and new customers the same. Also very efficient and good communications. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022
