Fair support when you need it

We have never made a claim until this year and now we have two on the go! Communication has been excellent and when I have spoken to the team they have all been empathetic and efficient. I have had email communication about my forms being received, but the information about my pay outs has been within days. All the information is clear and consistent. If you are aware of what your policy says there are no surprises. I am very happy with the cover provided. Reviewed on: 1st August 2023

Efficient, easy savings account

I opened this account a number of years ago to save for retirement, it was very easy to set up. I am kept informed when I make a deposit or withdraw money. The website is easy to navigate and the one time I did have a problem it was dealt with in one quick phone call. Excellent service and easy to use. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022
