The fastest responder to interest rate rises

I have several savings accounts, and RCI so far have been the best. They respond so quickly with interest rate changes, with existing customers getting automatically changed to the new higher rate, rather than having to close accounts and change to a new one. I don't understand why more banks don't do this - surely it's less administration required, and fairer for all customers. RCI also communicate well, without trying to sell tonnes of new products.
