Generally good

Fast, responsive and effective customer service plus very polite and friendly. Appreciate clear and informative emails even if they concern a reduction in interest rates! Bonds usually competitive as is savings account . Pity there are no ISAS Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Fast friendly and helpful

Whilst every other company blames Covid and keeps you on hold for hours I found response to my phone query was quick,cheerful and informative. This has been a consistent experience whenever I've phoned for advice. Reviewed on: 19th January 2022
