A bank that says "Thanks"

On the face of it there's little to differentiate on-line banks. They keep your money safe and pay interest. From a day-to-day perspective we stay happy until the website breaks. RCI's website has not broken so all ok. So, why 5 stars? Somehow RCI make me feel like we have a relationship. Little things like a text to say thanks when I make a deposit. I get the impression they care and that is rare in banking these days. Reviewed on: 19th January 2022
