Lies and lack of accountability

Left us a courtesy car that was a van. Made us chase it up with the third party and forgot that I was the customer. Lied through the process about when it would arrive and that they had spoken to the company providing the car. Was told not disruption to our life yet we have lost 2 days missed appointments and our sons football presentation to stare at a van that we were not comfortable or safe to drive.
