Easy to operate account

Having chosen RCI originally because of the good interest rates offered, these are now not maybe now the best on offer, but the savings accounts offered by RCI are easy to operate and the website is easy to navigate. I like the ability to open more than one account for different purposes. On the one occasion that I've needed to make contact by phone, this was dealt with swiftly and in a friendly manner. Now, if only the rates could be pushed up a notch or two.... Reviewed on: 21st January 2022
