Never choose AA car insurance

Diabolical company for car insurance. Started AA car insurance policy and sent off previous no claims proof - they came back with "Please be advised before we can accept your no claims bonus we need to know what has happened to vehicle !!!! The expiry date on your no claims bonus proof is 11/07/2017, and your policy started with us on 25/05/2017. Please provide a brief explanation for this. - hadn't even got the correct policy number etc. Had an non fault accident 2 months la... Reviewed on: 23rd September 2017
