Nice to see proper customer service being applied.

Nice to see proper customer service being applied. It's refreshing to find a bank that listens to the customer and puts the customer's wants and needs somewhat above their bottom line to just make profits for the shareholders. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Perfect Service no matter which Branch you visit

Having moved away from the area where we set up our account, visiting any other branch could be difficult. It certainly has been with other banks. Not so with Metro Bank. You could be a massively important personal customer at any branch I've walked in. Always treated with courtesy and respect. Would heartily recommend to anyone considering a change.
