Fuss Free and Fair

The whole process was simple, terms and conditions readable and accessible. the app is clear and easy to use and there are no hidden fees or fees to pay off the loan early. Was actually offered a loan from another supplier with a slightly reduced rate( not significantly) but I stayed with Zopa from a trust perspective. Thanks for customer focus and integrity.
