Great ethical bank

I opened a Triodos current account soon after they were first available. The bank's ethical approach to lending and transparent way of operating were very important considerations in that decision. I have not been disappointed. Online banking is simple and reliable and customer support over the phone does not involve long waits or multiple calls to resolve any problems. The bank is actively reducing its environmental footprint as well which is critical given the lack of progress in decarbonising our economy. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Great service and ethical too

As treasurer of a church charity we switched to Triodos a couple of years ago. Setting up the account was straightforward. The online banking has meant that we are virtually paperless now. Contact with customer services is quick and efficient with no long waits on the phone and any issues resolved speedily. Knowing that the bank has strict ethical criteria for investing was an important reason for choosing Triodos over other banks. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Transparent, ethical and great service

I have been a personal account customer since the bank first offered such accounts. Customer service is excellent - quick and efficient; On-line banking is well thought out and provides everthing one needs. Best of all, the bank is totally transparent about its lending, including providing profiles of the businesses it lends to. In fact all the things which the major banks fail at.
