Easy App. Easy People

I'm getting older now. I've had cards in the past and they can't wait to bump your limit as fast as possible. Zopa don't do that. Had a low limit which helped me use it just for stuff I needed. Limit went up upon accepting their offer which came with no pushy messages. Just a 'hey, we think you might like this' - the app is great, their emails are too thy point and only about my card and they're easy to talk to. Great card, great people. Cheers. Trust in a Card Trust in the Company

I've had a few cards in my lifetime. I don't think, save for a brief period when I was loaded, that I've ever had the feeling that the company ever really cared that much about me and my circumstances as an individual. Zopa are different. They help, they advise and genuinely seem to care about what I'm doing with my spending and offer guidance without being prompted. No bumping up your limit so that you spend more, no sneaky sneaking. Just a good old fashioned model. Their customer care, like their app is great. Gosh darn it, I like 'em!
