I have loved every part of my experience with Zopa from helpful pleasant staff to the ease of using my card, the security of transactions, easy accessible app, statements easy to follow and apr is great, I have never had any issues and their support is great on line and by phone. Excellent provider

I recently joined Zopa through a new credit card, the process was smooth and easy to follow, everything is done through the Zopa app you can see balance ands transactions immediately and you are alerted to any spending and approval for larger products. What I find is that every time, I make a payment, it shows up on my balance immediately and credits it to my card within minutes, which is fantastic,unlike some credit card companies take a few days to process.
