Easy as 1,2,3

I have had a great experience so far with Zopa. The app is easy to understand, I know what I have spent and where. The notifications I get when I have spent on the card are reassuring, especially as my debit card details had been compromised recently through a well known food delivery app. The card was cancelled with a new one taking 5 working days. My credit card came to the rescue and allowed me to get groceries and other essential items. The app is easy to navigate and I like the feature that allows me to see my pin number for a limited time before disappearing. Zopa let's me know in good time when the interest rate changes so I can make informed decisions about my spending. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023

Accessibl and designed for today.

I'm very happy with my card and the customer service that comes along with it. I encountered a problem with an online payment and got through to someone who helped to sort it out quickly. I like the added security that texts you to ask if you are making a purchase when ordering online. I deal with all repayments online so absolutely no fuss.I would recommend this company.
