Modern bank with excellent savings rates

I moved to Chase just over a year ago, mostly for the savings account. They had an excellent instant access savings rate compared to my previous bank (who had kept it close to zero, and obviously didn't care about me as a customer). Chase were excellent - really easy to work with the app and set things up. I really like how it keeps me informed and I can see the interest going in each month (as well as seeing things like the round-up savings etc). I really liked that they send me regular questionnaires, as I feel that they listen and actually make the changes that I've suggested. For example, they kept the cash back offer, using a really nice system, plus they moved more quickly to increases interest rates on the instant access savings accounts when I said they were getting slow. Now, I get a nice message from the app almost as soon as the base rate goes up to say when they will be passing along the increase. It makes me feel that they care about looking after my money. Excellent bank - really useful app - great extras

I moved to Chase a little over a year ago and am really happy with my choice. The app is great, everything is really easy to use, and I like all the extras (e.g. cashback on spend, and the round-up saving - a really nice bonus every month). The integration with the savings account is also excellent. I have already recommended it to my friends and family, who are all now also happy Chase customers. It is nice to be with a bank that makes an effort to be innovative, and doesn't take my custom for granted :-) Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Great overview of my money without being patronising

Really like Moneyhub. I’ve been using it for over a year now and it has helped me save far more money than it cost. Very simple to use, very clear overviews of my accounts and spending and I really like that it doesn’t try to gamify or patronise me. Everything you need to manage your finances is easily seen

Really great app that makes it very easy for me to see and manage my money. Everything you need to see is easily visible on the dashboard, from where you can drill down to details when necessary. It has completely changed my relationship with my accounts and gives me a great feeling of control over my finances. Unlike other apps, which overly gamify things and treat me like a child, this feels a lot more adult. It presents all the data clearly, and it is simple to set budgets and drill into the data via a variety of different charts. Reviewed on: 27th January 2022
