Unprofessional

The frontline chat agents are unprofessional and lack proper training in regulatory matters, including GDPR regulations. They seem to be unaware of the ICO and FCA and their respective roles. Additionally, they do not provide accurate or helpful information, often failing to address customer concerns adequately. Their responses are frequently dismissive, and they close tickets without resolution, further complicating the issues at hand.
