At last! Perfect customer service!

Can’t fault the service. Working shifts means I’m generally free to do things outside normal hours So having a company as responsive as Habito has made the whole house buying process SO much less stressful. Chris Roy has handled my application from the start (with a little help from Sam) and has answered every question asked within hours. I ask a question at 03:00 & the answer is waiting when I check in the morning. The mortgage deal they arranged was as good as anything I could find online & their Habito Plus conveyancing service just takes even more stress away. I found their fees comparible to others, but the fact the whole process is so joined up means I wouldn’t use anybody else if I needed to move again. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 28th January 2022
