Decent but not recommended

Everything was explained regarding the insurance via phone before I bought my insurance. A very helpful staffs. Drawbacks were that it took 4-5 days for my insurance documents to arrive through email. As I was concerned, I sent them a request to send me a copy of my certificate of insurance but that took another 2 days to arrive via email. After my quotation, I phoned them to buy the insurance. Despite me giving all the same information to the one I filled online, they gave me quote with an extra 200 pounds on the premium which I don't understand.
