Excellent resolution to an issue

I came up against an issue with an agreed overpayment to my mortgage. My first interactions left me feeling that I was caught in a 'computer says no' scenario. However Caitlin inadvertently got involved and swiftly understood the issue and resolved it almost instantly. For this she gets 6 out of 5 stars. On top of that, she was brilliant to deal with, very knowledgable, able to get to the root cause instantly, solution focused, empathetic and constructive.
