Short, sweet and no nonsense

At first i thought it was a bit odd that you don't speak to anyone and it's all done via online chat, but it certainly saved me waiting for ages on the phone and it was incredibly easy to upload all my documents. Being able to read back through the chat which is auto-saved also helped, as it meant i could review anything that had been said so i had a good understanding. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2022
