Has insurance gone mad?

Has insurance gone mad well I think so. I was with my previous insures 32 years, had on clams or problems but each year my policy went up .Each year I would ask them to check it was still the best policy for me ,and to be fair they did change it a couple of times but the premium didn't change much but again each year it went up. Then a friend told me he had gone to Footman James what a difference he said, so about three weeks before mine was due I gave Footman James a call and wow what a difference! Firstly the people you talk to are actually interested in you and your vehicle. they take the time to help you make the policy cover what is important for me, there is no hard sell or pressure they just run through an extensive list of oppositions and you say yes or no they will ex-plane anything if you want more info. So now I have a much better policy and a lot more cover and still at an except-able price although I do think you only get what you pay for, I am very pleased with Footman James and have recommended them to my friends also thanks Kevin Reviewed on: 28th September 2017
