Changes at renewal

I realised when I received my renewal notice that I had personally made a mistake when I had taken out the policy - I hadn't noticed as I had not read through all the documents thoroughly - something that I always recommend my friends to do. It was something so simple - I hadn't ticked the box for agreed value insurance - something that would have made a big difference in the event of a total loss and for only £10 difference! As there were a number of other changes I needed to make I got straight on the phone and it was all sorted immediately - it couldn't have been simpler. I would recommend Footman James to anybody - excellent policies, excellent premiums and excellent service! Reviewed on: 28th September 2017
