False promises

Had a black box which was sold to me as this would lower my insurance on Renewal if I kept over 30s. I average around 70 Called them as my renewal was more than last year last year 700. This year 1000 they haven’t taken the box into consideration one bit. Which is a shame and a complete con DO NOT BOTHER getting the black box.
