Releasing money for a mortgage

After looking at equity release as an option to help my daughter get on the property ladder, I was relieved to speak to Tembo and discover another option (something my own broker never mentioned to me as an alternative to ER). With a retirement interest only mortgage I was able to unlock £60k to help Emily buy. I had never heard of this product before, and am grateful to Tembo for giving me a clear lay of the land so I could make an informed choice.
