reassuring and helpful

i have been with HSBC for 30 years and i have found them very reassuring to have such a large international bank, when the banks are sometimes in turmoil, HSBC always seems ok, when i am abroad i know i can find a bank. i also really find their app easy to use and it helps me stay in budget. when i call them they do well helping me with my queries.
