Not paying out after storm damage

Terrible experience from Policy Expert. Storm Malik took my roof covering off and rain water caused internal damage.Refusing to pay out as the surveyor says the roof felt was in poor condition, although we had flat roof cover.We gave used this company for eight years but never again,they happily take your money but refuse to pay out when needed.
