An OK experience

Hold times are often long which has put me off calling before and the email experience isn't great. They have an email however questions aren't answered over email. The paid plan doesn't really get you much in terms of benefits. Now to the postives. The customer service team did answer my questions and were helpful. Having an app helps but some improvements are needed. Reviewed on: 10th February 2022
