Cash plus is better than any high street bank

At the start of the pandemic I had my identity stolen apparently Lloyds advertised that bussiness had no checks for loans while this was going on I didn't see it but I was homeless.at the time and on universal credit, I left a bag on the bus and it had my phone and wallet in there which had my password on a bit of paper but in code so not exactly right but they managed to open a bussiness account and take a 47000 loan out now all Lloyds needed to do was look.at my current account and see I had been banking with them for over 10 years and I was in a rough patch in my life as I was homeless.and on universal credit that was the only money I ever had going in and I used to take it out immediately now Lloyds acknowledged that it wasn't me but have put a fraud against my name so.i can't get a bank account with any of the high street banks and I can't get a flat or anything I'm lucky I am a good person and have good friends I'm.out of my rough patch and am.in fulltime employment and am now a lorry driver and am very grateful to cash plus for giving me this account because without it I probably wouldn't survive they created so much stress for me and made me suicidal as I couldn't see no way out Evan though it was totally there fault I understand I lost my phone and passwords but they wouldn't of been able to work them.out coz all that was written down was something to remind me whatever were not the actual.passwords I believe there must of been someone working in the bank helping but criminals are getting so clever now days and I'm a tech dinosaur my 3 year old works computer better than me Reviewed on: 10th February 2022
