Great new bank , excellent app

I have been a customer for many years and at least 15 people I know use cash plus and I always recommended it to anyone having problems when simply needed a new basic account. It has a simple to use app giving you up to date bank account info in the palm of your hand and much more than a basic account as you can pay your Bill's online, direct debit and transfer funds between other bank accounts. I have dealt with customer services who were quick and helpful from initial contact to resolve. The latest update was fabulous and sealed my vote of confidence in them. Being able to pay money into your account via the post office is amazing as high street banks are closing as fast as you can find a place to park. You can even have an additional card on your account great if you spouse in caught short. I travel so have a euro card attached to mine so transfer money across accounts at a rate I am aware of so no nasty surprises withdrawing money from atm abroad or paying extortionate rates for using a UK credit card. Once again , cashplus are a credible bank, highly recommend and hopefully win an award for outstanding performance. Reviewed on: 10th February 2022
