Rude call centre staff

I have had a few occasions over the last 12 months to call this broker, the last occasion being Tuesday 26th September. Obviously not all the staff are rude so it would be unfair of me to label them "all the same" however I have to say that I must have been extremely unlucky to hit on rude staff every time I've had reason to call. Staff seem to forget that not every customer is as familiar with the insurance procedure as they are and occasionally we might have to ask questions or ask them to repeat something and I personally don't expect to be met with rudeness! The chap I spoke to on Tuesday sealed my fate as I took my business elsewhere and probably had to pay more as a result! Money well spent to be able to speak with someone with good manners. I will never personally use or recommend Bedford again! Reviewed on: 29th September 2017
