A great bank, getting better.

A great service, always there when you need them, a very easy to use app & very convenient. I have had very little need to use customer services as most issues are resolved quickly. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

A Light in the Darkness.

After a job loss after 10+ years of service, I was forced into debt relief, Cashplus was on hand with their 'Pre-Paid' credit card, this helped me to recover from the unfortunate circumstances & I have been using them ever since, they have kept me debt free for a long time. When they changed to a proper bank, I was sceptical at first, and, I was worried about how it would affect me. My concerns were unnecessary though, as the service got better, with more help & services available, bringing some order back into my life. I still use the Pre-Paid card as it is a sensible way to save & spend but stay out of debt. I highly recommend the bank to anyone who wants a reliable service. Reviewed on: 10th February 2022
