This is how banks should be

Having had accounts with several of the High Street banks and finding it a case of diminishing service , ever increasing costs and an almost impossible task of speaking to a human being . When you survive the tedious task of pressing numbers and enduring the hold music only to end up at an offshore call centre talking to someone who despite speaking English often cannot understand what you are saying . From my first contact with Cashplus I have been very impressed , phones answered very quickly by a human being always understanding and speaking fluent English no reasonable charges all in all a great bank offering a great service .
