Opening 2 x accounts

Upon entering all of the staff were welcoming. Went in without an appointment and they happily opened 2 accounts for my son then and there. Although it started to get busy, the other members of staff working were apologetic but then quickly resolved any issues. The member of staff dealing with myself was polite and chatty without putting any extra delay on the process. They also made my son feel happy and this stopped him from being upset whilst waiting for boring adult stuff. Overall really happy and glad to be a new member. Reviewed on: 11th February 2022
