Best bank I've ever used

Opened a business account 6 years ago, never had any issues. Very easy to navigate. When I have had to speak to someone, my call was answered quickly and dealt with very professionally. I've since opened up a personal Cashplus account Reviewed on: 22nd February 2024

Best bank ever

I started my own business 4 years ago and needed a bank that could meet my demands. After doing some research I chose Cashplus as they offered everything that I needed. What I didn't realise at the time was all the support that would be given. I've only had to speak to the bank in person a couple of time but on each occasion, the call handler was extremely polite and was able to answer all my queries and sort everything at that point ( never experienced that level of customer care before ). The banking options are there to suit all business from a single operator, low turnover like myself to multimillion pound corporations. I love the way the bank can control my account, not letting me overspend or offering me loans / cards that I couldn't afford. A very responsible approach to customer care.
