Review of the Habito, Mortgage Broker:

Quick, Easy and Convenient

Habito are a great service if you want to sort out your mortgage quickly, with the least hassle and at a time which suits you. My husband and I work long hours in the week so the best time for us to sort out our mortgage application was late in the evenings or at the weekends, which was a real plus for us using the service; no more having to find time in your work schedule to meet a mortgage broker in person or playing phone ping pong trying to get hold of them. Habito's online portal also made it really easy to complete our mortgage application and their instant messaging feature to chat to their team if you have any questions makes the application process really easy. Not only that, but the team are always really friendly and quick to respond, guiding you through the process to help make it all much less daunting. I was also really impressed that they share their evidence of research so you can be sure you're getting the best deal, while they're also transparent about the commission they'll be receiving from the lender if you take out the stated mortgage policy. They even included direct to lender mortgages in their comparison table (which were always slightly cheaper) which I thought was honest of them, but we felt the time and hassle Habito managed to save us in sorting out our mortgage made it worth going through them rather than trying to liaise with the lender direct.
