Big promises on free banking, simply lies

Got this account as it said free banking. After 3 months terms changed to charge me for more then 3 payments. Terms changed again to charge me for direct debits. Now I either have to send 100s of customers new details or pay fees I was lied to about. Actually fuming with their service. The app is poor, not even worth paying for. NatWest and Barclays are expensive but worth it over Cashplus. Reviewed on: 12th February 2022
