Unhelpful and Clueless

I was late with a payment, fair enough, my problem. However, when trying to make my payment, they would not assign it to the payment I missed, only deduct it from future payments. Meaning, that I cannot pay off my missed payment until I pay off my loan in full. How stupid is that? Reviewed on: 2nd June 2016
