From my first contact I felt a huge weight lift from my shoulders. They were non-judgemental, even though my debt problems were of my own doing, but they dealt with my creditors promptly and in no time at all my DMP started and letters and phone calls stopped. Best of all this plan was free, all my creditors stopped any interest, fees or charges and I am now a mere 18 months from completion of my plan. In summary Step Change are amazing. Cashplus gave me a credit card with a reasonable credit limit when others decided not to. First to admit I have had problems with credit but this company are prepared to give me another chance. Early days yet though as I have only had the card for 5 months, but so far it has been a positive experience. Reviewed on: 16th April 2024

Been with Starling bank for nearly 6 years and I fin...

Been with Starling bank for nearly 6 years and I find them simply the best. They offer a very good range of banking facilities and an interest rate on positive balances of 3.5%, which I believe is one of the best out there. I haven't missed needing a bank branch in any shape or form and they truly do help you manage your money in a positive way. I cannot see me wanting to move my main account elsewhere, any time soon, as the others still have some catching up to do. Reviewed on: 16th April 2024

Starling Bank continues to be the bright star amongst the dying embers of the monoliths of the traditional banking world. They also continue to be innovative and exciting to bank with.
