Does the job

The system is good in theory. But in execution it requires work. I only knew about my valuation and offer as a result of asking for the NatWest tracking number. By the time the tracker has updated, it was after my mortgage offer had come through. I have had no updates, only requests for further documents which should have been requested at the outset (such as proof of deposit). Also I had to explain how a number of accounts added up to make a deposit (basic maths). In essence, I feel that little work was done save for forwarding on some documents.
