My account

I opened an account with Raisin then opened my savings account with zenith I follow all the criteria and sent all the money across as was expected of me. The money entered the account correctly. Raisin then made a complete hash of it all by not transferring the funds to my Zenith account in time which resulted in Zenith cancelling my account I would not recommend Raisin. In my experience they caused my account to be closed. They have apologized for the negligence and have since offered me £25 as a Goodwill gesture not enough to make up for what I consider to be a breach of my data protection allowing and account to be closed without my permission Reviewed on: 20th February 2022
