Some thieves steal your money and then harass you.

2 years ago, the amount of 500 pounds was stolen from me in several transactions, I answered the text message that it is not my transactions and I was called by someone and reassured that the money did not go away, after 4 months they appeared and the same amount on the grounds that I stole my own money I want to mention that I only had 30 pounds in the account and a 100 pound overdraft however 500 pounds left the account I solved the problem with obudsman and I changed the bank today I called again by the bank and asked if the transactions from 2 years ago are mine. Run away from this bank as much as you can. Employees also steal here. It is not possible after I have confirmed that it is not my payments that leave the money unhindered.
