Rude disregard for my custom.

I had my vans, cars & motorcycles insured through One Call. When I sold a van & tried to cancel the policy online, I accidentally cancelled a motorcycle policy that had only been inforce five weeks! I was on the wrong part of the portal. I telephoned to rectify this error & was met with rude, unhelpful staff, twice. When I came off the phone, tha email said that I had not completed the cancellation process & so I was still insured... Minutes later the person I had spoken to cancelled the policy. £100- for five weeks & no help, just rudeness. I consider this company to be responsible for the theft of my policy / or the £100- taken for that policy. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023
