Review of the Starling Bank, Business Account:

No longer interested in Small Business banking

We have just ended our accountancy partnership agreement with Starling due to the poor service from Starling Bank to our clients over the past 12 months and we can no longer refer any clients (due to these poor service levels). It has become increasingly difficult (more or less impossible for new start-ups) to open a basic current account, there has been no development with their business current accounts including lack of overdraft option, adding a signatory and no rewards or benefits. They clearly have forgotten their grass roots! Reviewed on: 23rd February 2022
