A very easy straightforward transaction

Staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone. They took the time to explain my policy, payment options etc, and frequently asked if I had any questions regarding my policy. They then explained what would happen after I had agreed to renew my policy with the company. I felt very satisfied with the customer service, and was left with a good understanding of my policy.
