Great Customer Service

I have been with National Counties/Family BS for several years. I have always found it very easy, quick, pleasant and helpful to talk to a person directly at the Society. The personal touch is very refreshing. Like most Societies, their interest rates are not always the best, but are usually hard to beat and always worth a look. Very good for instant access savings at the moment. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2022
