Great bank

The Max monthly payment is great value for money as it includes breakdown cover, travel and phone insurance for myself and my partner. I have only ever had a really positive experience with Monzo and think they combine being a modern bank with being trustworthy and transparent. The app is really easy to use and you can tell that they do care about their customers and are constantly trying to bring in new things to benefit them. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Easy to use and all online

Only have good things to say about Monzo, they make everything really easy and I love what’s included with Premium. Don’t ever have to worry about travel or phone insurance again and it’s all included in the cost. Phone insurance alone cost me £15 a month before! Reviewed on: 23rd February 2022
